DE001- Sr. Consultant - Data & Analytics

This role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing BI solutions to support the organization's financial and accounting operations
Modifying software to fix errors, adapt it to new hardware, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces
Directing system testing and validation procedures
Directing software programming and documentation development
Consulting with departments or customers on project status and proposals
Working with customers or departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance
Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system
Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements
Designing, developing software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict, measure outcomes, and design consequences
Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status
Conferring with project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities
Work closely with accounting, finance, and other business teams to gather requirements and provide BI solutions that meet their needs

DA002 Consultant - Data & Analytics

We are seeking a full-time Reporting and Data Analyst to join our Operations Reporting and Analytics Team
As part of a team serving a large variety of stakeholders you'll be expected to work with others both within and without the team
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing actionable insights and reporting solutions to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful analytics solutions
Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and manipulate data from our databases, focusing on key performance indicators and business metrics
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar visualization tools to monitor performance and identify trends
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data modeling to address specific business questions and support strategic initiatives
Assist in driving initiatives to improve data quality, accuracy, and accessibility to ensure reliable reporting and analytics
Support the development of processes and documentation to maintain reporting solutions
Provide support and training to end-users on accessing and interpreting reports and dashboards
